Physical Orders
All international orders are printed and dispatched in the same way as the UK orders. They are printed in the United Kingdom and dispatched directly from our UK premises. We do not operate a print on demand service.
We offer fair and, in many cases, subsidised shipping rates which are calculated according to the weight of the products purchased. Most orders to the United States will be sent via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. Occasionally Royal Mail may be used.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of when it was placed. You will be sent an email which contains your tracking information once the order has been processed. Please allow 7 – 10 working days from this date to receive it.
If you change your mind and wish to return your order you must inform us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for our return address. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We regret that the customer is obliged to cover the cost of change-of-mind returns.
Virtual Orders
Orders placed for digital items will be available for download immediately upon receipt of payment. You will also receive the download via email. The items will be available in your account for an unlimited length of time. Please contact us directly if you experience any problems with your download.
Please note that the sale of all digital items is final and cannot be returned; however if the item is defective in any way then we will send you a replacement.
Products on Backorder
Occasionally a product may be on backorder. This usually means the product will be back in stock within a couple of weeks. We endeavour to put up notices with an estimated restocking date once this is known.
Orders with backordered items will not be dispatched until all the products pertaining to the order are available. If you want to receive your in-stock items sooner either place two separate orders or contact us to discuss options.
Delivery Addresses
We are now able to ship almost anywhere in the world but not all locations have yet been made available. If your shipping location is not available, please contact us directly so we can set this up. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover any customs costs incurred.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item in a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory condition please let us know as soon as possible. We will endeavour to either replace the defective item at our expense, or issue a full refund upon return of the item. We will cover postage for the return of damaged or defective items.
