Delivery and Returns


IMPORTANT: The following information applies to products purchased through charlottemasonbeehive.com only.

Due to popular demand we are now operating an international base for customers of Charlotte Mason Beehive who live outside of the United Kingdom. In most cases it is recommended that all international orders are placed here; however this may not always be possible due to some items only being made available through charlottemasonbeehive.co.uk.

Please note that the following Delivery and Returns Information does not apply to orders which are fulfilled by Amazon. If you have any concerns with orders placed through Amazon you will need to contact them directly.

Physical Orders

All orders placed through charlottemasonbeehive.com will now be printed and dispatched directly from the printers. The good news is that this means significantly cheaper shipping rates for our international customers. On the other hand it means that Charlotte Mason Beehive is no longer responsible for quality checking, packaging, and posting the order. It may take up to ten working days for dispatch of the order and up to fourteen working days for delivery. Please take this into account when placing the order and please understand that we have no control over this whatsoever.

Virtual Orders

Orders placed for digital items will be available for download immediately upon receipt of payment. You will also receive the download via email. The items will be available for download up to thirty days after the order is placed, and may be downloaded a maximum of five times. Please contact us directly if you experience any problems with your download.

Multiple Items

If you are placing a large order, please contact us directly so we can offer you the best shipping rate possible.

Delivery Addresses

We are now able to ship almost anywhere in the world but not all locations have yet been made available. If your shipping location is not available, please contact us directly so we can set this up. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover any customs costs incurred.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your order you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for the return address. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We regret that the customer is obliged to cover the cost of change-of-mind returns.

Please note that digital items cannot be returned once they have been downloaded. You have thirty days in which to request a refund provided the product has not been downloaded; however if the item is defective in any way then we will send you a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item in a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory condition please let us know as soon as possible. As previously mentioned, all orders placed through charlottemasonbeehive.com are printed on demand and we have been unable to quality check the items before dispatch. Please provide us with a detailed description and take photographs of the damaged items for us to forward to our supplier. We will endeavour to either replace the defective item at our expense, or issue a full refund upon return of the item. We will cover postage for the return of damaged or defective items.
